What is your confidentiality policy for these meetings?

A.

Discussions and materials presented at the Conference(s) are confidential and are intended only for the purposes of peer review and in furtherance of the exchange of information for the improvement of patient care and the reduction of therapeutic complications. In consideration of participation in the Conference(s), the attendee agrees to hold in trust and strictest confidence and not disclose, use, reproduce, publish, distribute, or otherwise disseminate any and all discussions and materials from the Conference(s) outside of the Conference(s) and its participants. They further agree not to become involved as a plaintiff's expert in any civil action involving medical care or treatment that is the subject of critical discourse during the course of the Conference(s).

Can I attend more than one meeting? 

A.

Cerebrovascular Complications Conference (3C) has an open registration. Failure Analysis Advisory Council (FAAC) and Neurosurgery at Jackson Hole (NS) are both by invitation only. If you are interested in attending either FAAC or NS please submit a short bio and reason for requested attendance to [email protected]

What types of payment are accepted?

A.

We currently accept all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Discover. Additionally, attendees can also pay by check.

I need an additional copy of receipt and/or misplaced receipt.

Do I need to submit a Case Presentation to complete registration?

A.

For 3C and FAAC, you do not need to complete case information during registration. All case complications will be scheduled on-site for these two meetings. For the Neurosurgery at Jackson Hole meeting, you must submit a case title only prior to the meeting. You do not have to fill this out upon registering, but we request that you compete it at least a week prior to the meeting by going back into your meeting registration and editing it.

Do I need to submit my Disclosure to complete registration?

A.

You must complete your disclosure at least 3 weeks prior to the start of the meeting. You do not need to complete it if you register in advance of this, but must edit the registration and add the disclosure 3 weeks prior to the start date of the meeting.
